Booking Confirmation & Service Delivery

01What is delivered

Nothing is shipped to you. What you buy is a confirmed reservation at a property, and what you receive is the confirmation that proves it: a booking reference, the property's name and address, your dates, your room and rate plan, the amount paid, and the cancellation terms that apply.

The stay itself is delivered by the property on your arrival date.

02How quickly it arrives

Your confirmation appears on screen the moment payment succeeds, and the email follows within a few minutes. The booking reaches the property at the same time — it is not queued or batched, so a room booked at 2 AM is on the property's system at 2 AM.

Your booking is also available at any time under "My bookings", which does not depend on the email arriving.

03If the confirmation does not arrive

Check the spam folder first — that is where most of them are. If it is not there, sign in and open "My bookings": if the booking is listed, it is confirmed and the property has it, whatever your inbox says.

If your payment went through but no booking appears, contact us at connect@sutrastack.com or +91 93174 36614 with the amount and the time. A payment that was taken without a booking being created is refunded in full — you are never charged for a booking that does not exist.

04Checking in

Arrive at the property on your check-in date, at or after the check-in time shown on your confirmation. Bring valid photo identification for every adult guest; Indian law requires the property to record it, and it can refuse check-in without it.

Show your booking reference. A printed copy is not needed — the reference on your phone is enough.
